Beekeeping Workshop Terms, Conditions, & Liability

By registering for and participating in this beekeeping workshop, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Beekeeping involves inherent risks, including but not limited to bee stings, allergic reactions, uneven terrain, use of tools and equipment, and exposure to outdoor conditions. While all reasonable precautions are taken to provide a safe learning environment, Fairgrown Farm, its staff, volunteers, and affiliates are not responsible for any injury, illness, or allergic reaction that may occur as a result of your participation.

You affirm that you are voluntarily participating in this workshop and assume all risks associated with beekeeping activities. You are responsible for informing the workshop organizers of any known allergies (especially to bee stings) or medical conditions that may affect your ability to safely participate. Participants with known severed allergies are strongly encouraged to bring appropriate medical supplies or not participate in this workshop.

You agree to follow all safety instructions provided by workshop leaders and to use any protective equipment as directed. Failure to adhere to safety guidelines may result in removal from the workshop without refund.

By participating, you release and hold harmless Fairgrown Farm, its staff, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to your participation in this workshop.

Upon arrival the day of the workshop, you will be asked to sign a liability waiver. If you would like to sign it before, you may download it here and do so.
